The time that your coaching process will take depends on your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Coaching is a journey of self-discovery and incremental growth, the timeline for results with life coaching is highly individual and can vary. While some clients may see noticeable results in a few sessions, others may require more time to achieve their desired outcomes.
Coaching and therapy are two distinct approaches that serve different purposes and have different focuses.
-Coaching primarily focuses on the present and the future, helping individuals on setting actionable goals, create plans and develop strategies to move forward to achieve desired outcomes. Coaching also works on supporting personal growth.
-Therapy focuses on addressing and healing psychological, emotional or mental health issues. Therapy delves into past experiences, traumas and patterns to promote healing. It aims to promote healing, self-awareness and emotional resolution.
